Before you start playing your first match HQ wants to present you with the Community Code. We’re expecting all operators to follow the rules outlined on this page. The community code is an extension to the Terms of Use, which you have to agree with in order to be able to start playing
Not only are we striving to ensure safe and fair gaming, we also want to create a community where everyone can have fun.
You want to win each and every match you play — that’s fine. However some gaming situations may lead to disputes and minor disagreements, and that’s totally fine too. Those disagreements often cause offensive speech or types of behavior which may spoil the gaming experience.
HQ kindly asks you to be respectful to all players. It’s unacceptable to insult other players in the in-game chat or by creating an offensive nickname. Here are some examples of what’s considered unacceptable.
Operator, we’d like to draw your attention specifically to the list of what’s prohibited to use in a nickname, a clan name, a clan description and a Tacticool gaming forum nickname. It’s unacceptable to use word collocations, words, strings of letters as well as digits which:
Although cheating may come in different forms, it always comes down to one thing — an attempt to take advantage in-game by violating the game rules. Cheating does not only involve the use of third-party software, but also bug abuse.
The use of third-party software is prohibited. By third-party software HQ means: any applications which affect the gaming process and are officially prohibited to use. When you change the game’s functionality to take advantage in-game you’re putting your own account and its data at risk. We hope that you’ll be careful and will use common sense. Here are some examples of third-party software:
Selling, buying or sharing accounts or their access details with other operators is strictly prohibited by the Terms of Use.
Usually merchants offer to buy high-level accounts. They often lure the players who want to progress through the game the quickest way possible. When you take part in one of the below-described practices you may find yourself in the following unpleasant situations:
As an extension to what has been mentioned earlier we listed some actions that are considered both inappropriate behavior and violations of the Community Code:
Being a victim of negative forms of behavior or deceit may be rough. If you find yourself in a situation like that, don't keep it to yourself. Either talk to your Tacticool friends or your friends and loved ones in real life. If there’s nobody to talk to, you can ask for help online.
If you report to us a violation of the rules or someone’s displaying negative behavior we will definitely review your report and then we will take the necessary measures against the violator. Please pay attention to “How to report a rule violation?” section.
HQ seeks to convey important info to each and every operator by all available means. However there’s always a reason some of the community members may miss out on news and updates. If you know that some of your friends are violating the game rules we kindly ask you to let them know about the Community Code. Send them a link to this page and tell them about the consequences they may suffer.
Ignorance of the rules excuses no one. Negative behavior as well as violations of the Terms of Use may lead to one of the following punishments.
If you believe someone has violated the Community Code, the Terms of Use and you have evidence of that you can:
Please ensure to have significant evidence of violations. Attach as much info as you can. Each and every report is reviewed by our professional support team. We also use automatic report checking systems. If you believe you have been punished unjustly you can reach out to our support team and we will carefully review your case.
HQ warns you that any attempt to punish an innocent operator as well as sending false reports may lead to applying restrictions to your account.
