Please add a new Map. Make at least 1-2 new Maps per quarter.
Production of new Maps is a complex process that takes several months. Imagine, a new Weapon or Operator takes about two months to develop, and here we’re talking about an entire Map. Additionally, we want the new Map to offer something unique in terms of gameplay and aesthetics, while also fitting seamlessly into the existing Map pool. At the moment, we are still in the idea selection phase. We'll try to keep you updated.
Remove the repeat for missions that appear after watching the advertising. They should appear by exclusion.

Don't make the Triumphant Hat from the Arms Race temporary until the next event. We should be able to keep it forever.
The team thought about this idea and decided to keep forever the Triumphator to the Arms Race winner.
Stop with the splash (pop-up) screens when navigating the main menus. I'm trying to change Operators and weapons, but a pop-up suddenly appears.
We keep improving the user experience and various aspects of menus, banners, etc. The logic of pop-ups will gradually change as well.
EMP need improvements. EMP should destroy the Sentry Turret just like the Missile Defence. The throwing speed should be higher, so it can match the game speed.
We wonder if Turret owners would agree with you? But seriously, we’ll take another look at the effectiveness of the EMP grenade, and if necessary, we’ll buff it. However, it’s unlikely that we’ll implement all the changes mentioned above right away – it seems like the EMP grenades are already doing a pretty good job as is.
Bring back the new zombie mode added in the last Halloween event where there were 15 floors.
