LANDAU GRENADE

A new addition to the arsenal. Take control of the battlefield in a whole new way. The special weapon LANDAU GRENADE pulls objects toward itself, dealing area damage. Physics rules. Especially in Tacticool.

Gameplay Features

  • Unlike other weapons with the LANDAU effect, this grenade does not push objects away but pulls them toward itself.
  • Applies up to 50% slowdown for 2 sec. to enemies within the area of effect (does not affect allies).

How Do I Get LANDAU GRENADE?

The "CHASING LANDAU GRENADE" event will be available in the in-game Shop from April 24 to May 2.

Operator Changes

MIA

Based on your feedback, we noticed that MIA feels weaker than expected in the current meta. Therefore, we've buffed her to make playing this Operator more comfortable and consistent, while allowing her strengths to shine more.

  • Accuracy reduction during OVERDRIVE: 15%7%.
  • Health: 4157...8730 pts.4365...9165 pts.
  • Activating OVERDRIVE now removes the burning effect from the Operator.

WHISPER

We believe WHISPER still receives less attention than other epic Operators, so we've enhanced her key strengths to make playing her more engaging and appealing.

  • Base Camouflage cooldown reduced by 30%.
  • "Decoy" Talent: the copy of disguise object now moves in the direction the Operator is facing at the moment of creation and reacts to obstacles, turning upon collision.

VARG

VARG isn't very popular right now and isn't performing as well as he deserves. That's why we've buffed his stats so he can feel more confident in battle and better showcase his playstyle.

  • Decay duration of the movement speed bonus in the "Evasive Maneuver" Talent: 2 sec.5 sec.
  • "Deeeeaaaath" Talent: Accuracy is increased based on target's missing health. Up to +70% Accuracy → Accuracy and Fire Rate increase based on target's missing health. Up to +70% Accuracy and +30% Fire Rate.
  • "Bloooooood" Talent: +50% Fire Rate when Health is lower than 80%+50% Fire Rate and +17% Bullet Damage while Health is below 80%.

VALERA

Based on your feedback and game data, we found that disabling healing on killing Infected was unfair. Therefore, we've brought this mechanic back in a more restrained form. This way, VALERA retains his unique trait without having an excessive impact on overall balance.

  • Healing on killing Infected is back, but its effectiveness has been reduced to 5%.

WOLF

To maintain balance in fights against Infected, we've reduced the effectiveness of healing from damage dealt to them.

  • Healing from damage dealt to Infected reduced to 5%.

CAPISCE

Previous changes did not produce the desired results and, in some cases, even made this Operator stronger. There are still too few opportunities for counterplay against CAPISCE, as confirmed by both community feedback and game data. Therefore, we've added a cooldown to one of his talents.

  • "Escape" Talent: Gets invisibility for 1 second after dash → Gets invisibility for 1 second after dash. Cooldown: 3.5 sec.

CRAIG, JB, MOSES

Game data shows that these three Operators significantly outperform others in the current meta. This season, we've reduced their stats to bring overall balance between Operators.

  • "BLAST RAM" superweapon cooldown: 20 sec.30 sec.

Sniper Rifles

Previous changes to sniper rifles proved insufficient — as confirmed by both community feedback and game data. Therefore, we've made targeted improvements to several key stats of this weapon class to make shooting feel more comfortable and improve overall performance.

  • Base aim speed increased by 20%.
  • Aim hold duration: 0.20.8.

These two sniper rifles remain a fairly niche choice, but we believe they deserve broader use in the meta. Therefore, we've significantly increased their direct hit damage to make them more versatile and increase their value in combat.

MP200 & BOYSCOUT Sniper Rifles

At the moment, these two sniper rifles dominate the weapon meta, significantly outperforming other weapons. They allow players to safely keep their distance while dealing high damage in a short time. Therefore, we've reduced their effectiveness to improve overall balance.

MP200

  • Damage: 327...688305...640.

BOYSCOUT

  • Damage: 409...861380...800.
  • Fire Rate: 419387.

Machineguns

Machineguns are less popular in the current meta than we'd like. Therefore, instead of nerfing the newer models, we've buffed the rest to make the class more competitive overall.

  • Base spread recovery speed increased by 15%.
  • Base Fire Rate increased by 10%.
  • Movement speed while firing increased by 30%.

KLTR & MPM IRONHEAD SMGs

These SMGs stand out significantly in terms of effectiveness and win rate compared to others. When paired with certain Operators, they become excessively strong, so we've reduced their melee damage to allow more counterplay for other weapon types.

KLTR

N-TUBE 203 & SOLANUM-9 SMGs

We've reworked the detonation of underbarrel grenade launcher grenades to make their behavior more intuitive and predictable in battle. Grenades now have two separate trigger radiuses — one for the surrounding area and one for enemies.

SPAR-M8 & BRR Assault Rifles

These two assault rifles significantly outperform others in terms of effectiveness, so we've reduced their key stats. The changes are targeted and do not alter their playstyle, but help improve overall class balance.

  • Reload time increased by 15%.
  • Accuracy reduced by 7%.

Pistols

Game data shows that pistols are not commonly chosen as a secondary weapon, so we've improved several key stats to help them better compete with other secondary weapon types.

  • K1914 — Accuracy: 310-527 → 447-666.
  • DICTATOR — Accuracy: 290-501 → 413-638.
  • HOLE PUNCHER — Accuracy: 348-566 → 493-706.
  • SPITTER — Accuracy: 255-445 → 370-589.
  • HEADHOPPER — Accuracy: 335-553 → 476-690.
  • BERTA R93 — Accuracy: 310-527 → 447-666.
  • HARTWELL W8 — Accuracy: 335-553 → 476-690.
  • LAG-1M — Accuracy: 281-487 → 398-624.
  • CXZ-75 — Accuracy: 281-487 → 398-624.

For the pistols listed above, the Aim area width has also been adjusted.

  • Aim area width increased by 20%.

SENTRY TURRET & LAWN SPRINKLER Special Weapons

Turrets do not always control space effectively. This is influenced by their durability, ammo capacity, and targeting, with the latter being their main weakness. Therefore, we've increased their aiming speed.

  • Aim (rotation) speed increased by 30%.

RAZOR WIRE & PORTABLE COVER Special Weapons

We understand that special weapons used for area control by AI allies and enemies can feel too intrusive, as confirmed by community feedback. However, we don't think it's the right approach to remove them entirely, so we've reduced their usage chance to a minimum.

  • AI units now use RAZOR WIRE and PORTABLE COVER significantly less often.

  • Point capture speed: +7/8/9/10%+7/10/13/16%.

Other Changes & Bug Fixes

  • Changes to the effectiveness of Operators in Clan Missions introduced in patch 2.8.0 have been reverted. Completion rate and coverage of clan missions increase with the total number of Operators, and the previous change excessively amplified the contribution of newly upgraded Operators. Therefore, we've restored the previous values.
  • The system for weapon parts drops in post-match combat rewards for rare and epic weapons has been adjusted. The changes will have little to no impact on players with a small number of weapons, but players with a large collection of rare and epic weapons will receive slightly fewer parts.
  • Account progression requirements for weapon upgrades have been reduced. The changes allow for faster weapon upgrades and make the progression process more accessible.
  • Fixed an issue where wins in BATTLE ROYALE mode with a friend did not count toward the progress of button 8 in the "BOMB" mission set.
  • Fixed an issue where, in some cases, enabling voice chat caused audio to play through the device speakers instead of connected headphones.
  • Fixed an issue where, in some cases, it was not possible to change the Operator in the equipment after removing a trinket (thanks to [ⱠØCØS] ScorpionM.Ali).
